I think women are better listeners than men? i just need 3 word each for pros and cons. please help me thank u?

Women are easier to talk to if you need a shoulder or someone to listen or commiserate with you. Men will listen too, but they typically try to "fix" the problem and don't get the point of someone just needing a listener. (Generalizations, of course. I've met folks of both genders who don't fit the mold.)
