Will I get into grad school with a GRE score of V:480, Q:550, A:4.0?

I want to get into some Graduate Education/ teaching fellowship programs. I don't do well with standardized testing, and am currently in a competitive field of study at my university. I have a GPA of a 3.45 which isn't amazing, but I am a double major and am in a very competitive department. I can likely get excellent reccomendations. Will these scores ruin my chances?
