Why do people like babies so much?

I�m sorry, nothing against THEM specifially..My sister got a little girl a week ago so I took a small job vacation to be with her since my parents couldn�t make it (Visa issues) Very cute the first 2 or 3 days. Now I�m just bored to death. Baby sleeps most of the day and I got nothing to do. She makes a great mom using baby listeners and monitors all around the house and playing with her when she�s awake (barely happens) or feeding her etc. But I guess I would suck at that. (Don�t worry about the insults, I know I�d be a terrible mom and not planning on doing so because of that. I like kids. A lot. Just not sure about newborns...) Am I a horrible person for feeling that way? I mean I DO feel incredibly guilty, but I�m an active person, and here I practically feel like in jail. Sis doesn�t want me out of the house... (She should rest too. Being 3 days inside can�t be healthy. I�d love to go outside with her, we could hire a nanny or ask the neighbour we know her 30 yeras ago. But no, she�s hypnotised, even watching her baby when she sleeps. I dunno, I�m just sooooooo bored!!!
