How do you set up a podcast for tracking?

I need to post a podcast with the ability to separate it into tracks. For example, if the listener wants to skip the segment to listen to the next they would hit the next button on the iPod. I've seen podcasts out there with this feature, but cannot figure out how to make it happen for mine. Any help or leads are appreciate!!
