How do you season and broil your filet mignon?

Keep it simple. Use a little coarse black pepper and a little Lawry's Seasoning. Wrap the edges with bacon. Serve the steak with with garlic mashed potatoes and white corn on the cob and sourdough bread from Boudin bakery in San Francisco. Have a bottle of Merlot wine from the Oak Leaf Vinyards bought at Walmart for $1.97 a bottle. It tastes better than the $2,000 bottles of wine sold in Napa Valley, I have no idea who you are and I don't care I am an old man that can cook Let me do the cooking. Contact me.
