High fruit, fish and poultry diet... but not much bowel movement?
Hi, so for about a week and a half I have been drinking a shake in the morning with pineapple slices, a banana, pomegranate juice, carrots and other assorted fruits. Then I have been eating small portions of broiled chicken or fish and brown rice or grain pasta and vegetables for lunch and dinner with fruits and vegetables throughout the day. Consuming a decent amount of water and taking fish oil and B vitamin complex in the morning as well. With that said, I don't feel bloated, I am actually pretty gassy (much to the annoyance of my girlfriend) but I have been passing very little actual bowels. When I do it does not come out easily and its usually pretty small. Like I said, I don't feel constipated or anything and do not feel sick or anything but I am kind of wondering why I can't pass a good stool. Anyone have an idea as to why this would be or any suggestions? Thanks in advance.
