Can I earn another degree at a different university after this one?

Lets say I graduated from Michigan State University with a BS in Economics and a BA in Psychology, could I then transfer to University of Michigan and earn a BS in Marketing? I wouldn't want to go there for grad school, just another undergrad degree.
