For grad my hippie step -mom gave me some cinammon buns which are 95% fibre and 2% cinnamon sugar apparently; For dinner I had a dish with so much barley it clogged up the works and so to make it flow smoothly again I took one of them on the assumption that they'd make me bm again. Well they did, and now I am having diarehrettic attacks and I want to know if i should be well enough to work tomorrow at 7 am (central time) or not.
