Friends!!! please help me. i want to develop people-skills?

Don't try to find faults in everybody. It does not mean you should be flatterer. Even if you dislike anything in your friends, firstly talk about their merits, praise frankly and then talk about demerits in a manner that you are their well-wishers. I would like to suggest one more thing. Read a book, "How to win friends and influence people" written by Dale Carnegie.
