Does this guy like me or does he just like touching girls?

I was hanging out today with a guy I became friends with a few weeks ago. He has a girlfriend. He's really lovely, sensitive, good listener, sweet. When my ex boyfriend came into the room, i said jokingly "quick, hug me" and he did, but didnt let go. he then put his arm around me, and gently stroked my arm. he told me im amazing to be around. when we left the room, he put his arm around me without me saying anything. When we said goodbye, he looked me in the eye and said "i cant wait to see you again, you're gorgeous"
