BBQ chicken or teriyaki,any suggestions on how to make the sauce?

I want to make BBQ chicken tonight.... i have already made the pasta for the side dish ive made some cheesy bacon macaroni.... so with that being said i have already broiled the chicken i just need a recipe for BBQ sauce.... we dont like spicy or tangy, maybe something a little sweeter but simple... Ive been looking at recipes online and all the recipes call for like 20 ingredients and take an hour to make. I want something fast and simple yet yummy....Same for the teriyaki
